Albert Einstein said there are only two ways to live your life: as though nothing is a miracle, or as though everything is a miracle. I prefer the second. Considering the last years of my life, I would be crazy not to.

Three years ago I was on my “eat, pray, love” journey, traveling alone for the first time and learning to love myself. It was my year of solitude and the bravest thing I’ve ever done. Back then, my list of dreams included: love, Rome, an Andre Rieu concert, the ocean, and Bali.

At the end of that year, I met my husband, Liviu. After that, the first three dreams on my list came true the next year. Since then we visited Rome twice and also Sarti, Budapest, Bratislava, and Prague, where we attended a Hans Zimmer concert. Today we just finished packing for our two-month journey in Bali and I can’t wait to see the ocean for the first time.  I guess it is time for a new list of dreams. 🙂

Miracles do happen more often than we might think. All we have to do is be present, open our eyes and notice them.

With love,
Raluca
